What was the highlight of Ghazala Gardens
It could be very nice place
Pool area was nice and cozy, but in poor condition. Location was nice. Beach was also nice and pretty clean.
The room was very old and worn. The curtains were dirty, etc. The price of the room and all inclusive was of course very cheap, so we didn't expect any glamour. However, the basics should be fine. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, the toilet bowl leaked onto the floor (the floor was constantly rippling) and the overall appearance of the bathroom was dirty. The service in the hotel was very variable, but it seemed that as an all-inclusive customer you were a so-called worse customer than if you wanted to pay for drinks or food, for example. Sometimes the service was downright rude if you wanted to eat the dishes included in the price and not buy separately. Drinks were often served warm and the included beer was topped up with water. I also don't think the hotel staff should try to offer their own services, such as changing money or buying cigarettes. we also didn't like the fact that even in the hotel area they are constantly pushing for massage etc. services and you are not allowed to be in peace. Sales style very aggressive. With very small tweaks, the hotel could be very nice.

The staff of hotel is so much kind and helpful, location is perfect, beach is amazing, but you should walk like 7-8 min and cross the road.
Food could be better, but for that cost u will find something to eat.

Nice lobby, nice helpful staff especially Ali in lobby, the guys at reception and young lads at restaurant Hasan etc, location good. food ok, Plenty of fresh towels, toilet rolls
breakfast was limited, generally food can be improved, sometimes ran out of coke, but plenty of free water bottles available and other soft drinks, rooms abit outdated, no toiletries supplied, burgers/chips ar snack bar only available once during stay,
