What was the highlight of Ghazala Gardens
It could be very nice place
Pool area was nice and cozy, but in poor condition. Location was nice. Beach was also nice and pretty clean.
The room was very old and worn. The curtains were dirty, etc. The price of the room and all inclusive was of course very cheap, so we didn't expect any glamour. However, the basics should be fine. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, the toilet bowl leaked onto the floor (the floor was constantly rippling) and the overall appearance of the bathroom was dirty. The service in the hotel was very variable, but it seemed that as an all-inclusive customer you were a so-called worse customer than if you wanted to pay for drinks or food, for example. Sometimes the service was downright rude if you wanted to eat the dishes included in the price and not buy separately. Drinks were often served warm and the included beer was topped up with water. I also don't think the hotel staff should try to offer their own services, such as changing money or buying cigarettes. we also didn't like the fact that even in the hotel area they are constantly pushing for massage etc. services and you are not allowed to be in peace. Sales style very aggressive. With very small tweaks, the hotel could be very nice.

The hotel hacked my account and left a fake review.
The staff at the restaurant were friendly and hard working and the low score does not reflect them at all.
Terrible experience with the young man at reception. He quoted us exorbitant prices for taxi rides that in reality are only a couple of dollars if you go outside and flag them down on the street. Hotels often charge more this way but he was trying to scam us privately - he came scuttling over to us as we were going to the room telling us we had to pay him directly as he booked a taxi. When I refused, he tried to pressure us saying he paid with his own credit card. I just told him this was ridiculous and to simply cancel the cab. Okay, so these things happen in Egypt but the worst part is when I checked out (no smiles), he somehow got onto my booking.com account and left a 10 star review and wrote 'nice holiday'! Looking at some of the other reviews, I am sure this is not the first time. For example, there is no WI-FI anywhere in the hotel except the lobby so I find it hard to believe so many people rate the internet so highly. I have never left a bad review on Booking before. I wouldn't have noticed the fake review except that I was looking for something and noticed a ten star review had been posted from my account. I have reported this to Booking.com who say it is criminal behaviour and are following it up as it is a security breach. Attempting to scam guests is one thing, hacking their accounts is quite another.

okay for price paid, staff very friendly and helpful, food and rooms could be improved
Nice lobby, nice helpful staff especially Ali in lobby, the guys at reception and young lads at restaurant Hasan etc, location good. food ok, Plenty of fresh towels, toilet rolls
breakfast was limited, generally food can be improved, sometimes ran out of coke, but plenty of free water bottles available and other soft drinks, rooms abit outdated, no toiletries supplied, burgers/chips ar snack bar only available once during stay,
